Privacy

RoadCase helps bands make tech riders, stage plots, hospitality riders and day sheets, and send them to venues. This page says what we keep, why, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email hey@road-case.com.au.

What we keep

• Your email address. It's how you log in. We email you a one-time login link, so there's no password to store.
• What you put in RoadCase. Your band, the people in it, gear, stage plots, songs, shows, tours and the notes you add, and the email of a door-list guest if you send them the show times. Private notes stay private and never go on anything you send to a venue.
• Files you upload, like band photos and song audio.
• Your plan and payments. Which plan you're on and whether payments went through. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Simple usage counts, like "a show was sent" or "a page was viewed", so we can see what's working. We don't store IP addresses for this.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in, and two short-lived ones (one hour) while you log in. Our visitor stats don't use cookies. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us run RoadCase

• Railway hosts the site, the database and your files.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Resend sends our emails (login links and the shows you send to venues).
• Anthropic (Claude) reads worksheets and emails only when you choose to upload or paste them, to find a tour’s shows or fill in your advance. They aren’t kept.
• Umami, which we run ourselves, counts page views without cookies.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

What venues see

Only what you send them: the pages you share, through a private link or email. You can turn a share link off at any time. Promoters never see your private notes, money details or day sheets.

Emails

We send login links and emails about your account and plan. We only send news about RoadCase if you ticked the box to get it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Your choices

You can change or delete anything in your account yourself. To get a copy of your data, or to close your account and delete everything, email hey@road-case.com.au and we'll do it.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
